Our style of catering suits outdoor settings perfectly: parks, country venues, surf clubs and more. Choose how you would like your guests served.

Three ways to serve

Pick the style that suits your day

Banquet buffet

A great option for a sit down meal. Salads are set up buffet style so guests serve themselves, and our chefs serve all meats and hot sides from the spit.

Market experience

Perfect for a more casual affair. Guests choose a roll from our menu and our chefs make it to order, ideal when people are standing with a drink in hand.

Table service

A sit down option on long tables. Meats, hot sides and salads arrive on sharing platters for guests to pass along like one big family.

Our chefs cook, carve and serve while you celebrate

We cook on site, so your guests get the theatre of a whole animal on the spit. Our gas spits are fully enclosed and work indoors or out.

  • All we need is access to electricity
  • Tables set up to prepare, present and serve
  • A marquee to cook under if the weather needs it
  • Final numbers due one week before

Questions

Wedding catering questions

Yes. With our catering, chefs are on site to monitor the whole cook, carve the meat and help serve your guests.

The number of staff depends on the size of your event and the menu. If you would like waitstaff to serve drinks, we recommend booking a company that specialises in waitstaff hire.

Every package includes high quality biodegradable plates, cutlery, napkins and foil trays for leftovers, plus serving platters and utensils. We no longer supply chinaware or glasses because of breakage, but we can recommend party hire companies we have used.

Access to electricity. If your venue has none, a beach party for example, we can offer packages to suit, so contact us. We set up tables to prepare, present and serve the menu, and depending on the weather and space we may put up a marquee to cook under. If you have room, we can prepare the menu in your kitchen.

The menu is not designed specifically for vegetarians, but in our experience the canapes, tartlets, finger food, bread, potatoes and salads leave vegetarian guests more than satisfied. We are also happy to design vegetarian options for your party. Just ask.

EFT, cheque or cash. A 25% deposit secures your booking. The balance is due on the day by cash or cheque, or 24 hours before by EFT. Cancellations need 7 days notice in writing; after that the deposit is not refunded.
